Attorney's Fees and Costs Paid ONLY from Settlement or Court Award

We clearly explain our attorney's fees IN ADVANCE and write them out in every attorney-client agreement. Here is how fees and court costs (such as filing and motion fees, deposition charges, etc.) are paid in identity theft collection and credit reporting abuse cases:

How Attorney's Fees and Court Costs Are Paid

If no recovery No charge for attorneys fees or court costs
Settlement Debt collector and/or creditor pays attorney's fees and court costs.
Court award Debt collector and/or creditor pays for attorney's fees and court costs. For harassment cases, this is part of the court order and you receive the money the court awards for compensation. In credit reporting abuse cases, our fees are a percentage of the compensation award.

We are completely confident in our years of legal experience, courtroom skills, and ethics. If we agree to take your case, it means that although a court outcome is never a "sure thing," we believe we can help you and will work hard to seek justice and compensation for you.
